Description
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- Plan, Direct, Supervise, and Coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations
- Maintain employee records (e.g. local and sick leaves)
- Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
- Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
- Act as link between company and Health and Safety Officer on site in regards to application of the Policy and different procedures applicable to DAKRI CARTONS LTD
- Handle expatriate issues such as permits, permits and so on.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 1 year experience
