Description
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
  • Plan, Direct, Supervise, and Coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations
  • Maintain employee records (e.g. local and sick leaves)
  • Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Act as link between company and Health and Safety Officer on site in regards to application of the Policy and different procedures applicable to DAKRI CARTONS LTD
  • Handle expatriate issues such as permits, permits and so on.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 1 year experience
