Position title
Internal Sales And Delivery Administrator
Responsibilities
  • Prepare proforma invoices, Invoices and Delivery Notes on the ERP as per Local, Cash Customer and Export Delivery Processes

  • Follow-up with customers for deliveries and status of orders

  • Coordinate with client for collection or to add to planned deliveries

  • Ensure Export forms are filled

  • To liaise with production department for urgent orders

  • Check, scan, upload on the system and file all returned signed Delivery Notes as per Cash Customers and Local Delivery Process

  • Check, complete and file Actual delivery planning with Delivery logs from the drivers

  • Check, fill in the Maintenance of vehicles Monitoring for trucks and file the Maintenance trucks checklist as per Maintenance of Lorries process

  • Study Customer Trends and propose leads

  • Follow the policies and procedures set by DAKRI CARTONS LTD Quality Management System [QMS]

  • Abide by Health and Safety Management Systems
