The company’s promise « Excellence in a box » has been once again validated by the obtention of the certification ISO 9001:2015 for its quality system. This certification obtained in November 2019 is the accomplishment of the implementation of a quality management system within the organization.
The aim of the certification was mainly the restructuration of the company which has grown at a fast pace these last years. Since the establishment of the factory in Petite Rivière (the factory was situated in Bambou), Dakri Cartons has operated upgrades of machines, improvement of production processes and working procedure. In regards to the regional ambitions, the management system had to be consolidated and standardized in order to evolve in parallel with increasing the services and products quality.

The ink colors are tested before and during the printing process. Dimensions and shape of the box are controlled according to the technical data sheets approved by the customer beforehand. All these verifications are documented and monitored.
