Your branding and the message you want to convey to your audience are important to you? Well, it is to us, too! Dakri Cartons is committed to best respect your world and your printing requirements. Over the course of three decades, we have developed expertise and sensitivity regarding the importance of a standardised visual identity that heralds brand values.
How? The steps in the manufacture of your corrugated packaging
- For starters, during product development, our graphic designers will advise you. They can create a visual element of any piece, according to your request. They can rely solely on your visual identity or adapt your drawing to the specific printing dimensions on the carton box.
- The next step of the process is the validation of your colour(s). This is an essential step. We will base ourselves on an existing packaging of yours, if you have one. The printing will be made according to your colour standard or pantone reference. A sample of the colour that we make will be sent to you for validation before we begin the manufacturing.
- Once we obtain your green light, the production starts. The impression is followed closely. The visuals are verified, and compared with the technical sheet created by our designers during the development of the product, which has been validated by you. The colour is measured using a spectrophotometer, a cutting-edge and extremely accurate colour measurement technological tool. The colour output of the machine is compared with the colour of the sample that you have approved.
- Finally, the different quality controls make it possible to verify that the printing corresponds to your brand image. These controls are carried out throughout the manufacturing process.
The search for accuracy in printing and colour accuracy
Our expertise in colorimetry and printing is based on extensive research and experimentation. Our teams have undergone various training sessions with international experts. Dakri Cartons has invested in training after a year of tests and improvements made by our Research and Development (R&D) department, which is responsible for working on product quality. This team has been trained by an American expert to refine our processes of mixing the best-priced inks available to create new colours. The training also encompassed the refinement of printing on the flexographic machines and quality control by using the latest technologies available. Our teams were formed to use the latest tech as efficiently as possible.
Your satisfaction is our priority!
These consequent investments and long training processes have a single purpose: meeting demands. It was necessary to improve our packaging aesthetics. In an increasingly sophisticated brand universe aimed at targeting diligent consumers, the precision and quality of your brand image are quintessential to stay afloat in the ocean of advertisements.
